From spin classes to TRX suspension training, Yoga to cardio work, you’ll find everything you need to get fit in one impressive state-of-the-art campus. When you step inside Stafford Hills Club, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly, well-trained staff and a facility with the most advanced exercise equipment.

In addition to having Technogym® fitness equipment and free weights, you’ll have access to the Technogym® Wellness Key, which will help you track your personal progress by recording your workout information.
