Looking for a way to meet other Club members, stay motivated and enjoy a great workout? Stafford Hills offers a variety of fun group fitness classes. With approximately 50 to 65 fitness classes offered every week, there is something for everyone. And because they are available Sunday through Monday, from early morning to late evening, you’ll be able to find a fitness class to fit your schedule.
Classes are led by top-rated, certified instructors who know how to keep the class energy and momentum going, while providing you with personal attention.
Fitness class offerings will evolve, based on our Members’ changing interests and needs. Many classes will be offered as part of the membership package, while others will be offered for a nominal fee. Some of The Club’s group fitness classes will include:
