This enables them to design a program that is individually structured for your specific needs and goals. Working with one of The Club’s trainers will increase your motivation, improve your form and technique, and help you reach your goals – whether it’s building muscle strength or losing those stubborn pounds.
If you find a group situation more motivating, The Club also offers an extensive array of Small Group Training classes. Because these small groups will be limited to 10 members per session, you’ll get many of the same benefits as one-on-one personal training, with the camaraderie of working out with fellow Club members. Your trainer will be able to custom-design the program to meet the group’s needs, fitness level and interests – for example, by integrating mind/body programs into the mix.
