Stafford Hills Clubs Annual Holiday Bazaar offers you the chance to showcase your crafts and fine goods, along with a select number of vendors in the lobby of our main building.

Vendor Timeline:

Applications Due: September 30th

Confirmation Email to Vendors: October 4th 

Vendor Payment & Contract Deadline: October 15th

Vendor Guidelines:

All merchandise at Stafford Hills Clubs Annual Holiday Bazaar must be handmade or hand-designed by the artisan participating in the show or someone in the local community. The artisan/vendor must have had a hand in creating any item displayed or sold at the Bazaar. 

An application will not be considered or eligible for acceptance until the appropriate table fee and a completed vendor application has been submitted. Vendors will be selected based on a first come first serve basis as well as on quality and originality of his/her product(s).

Our goal is to have a variety of quality items and to maintain the great reputation our event has developed over the years.

Event Raffle:

To encourage more sales for each of our vendors, we put on a fun raffle during the event. Shoppers receive 1 ticket for every $10 they spend during the event and then are able to choose which basket they want to enter to win. We will provide raffle tickets for each vendor to give out to purchasers. 

All vendors are asked to contribute one item to give away whether it is a physical item from their business or gift card. Business cards and other information to promote his/her business is encouraged to be included.

Vendor Pricing Options:

$75: One 6ft Rectangular Table, black table linen, chair  

$110: Two 6ft Rectangular Tables in an L shape, black table linens, chair

+$15 Space with Electrical Plug-in

Vendor Set-up:

Set-Up: Vendors may begin setting up at 3:00pm on the day of the event. 

Tear-down: Tear down may begin at 8pm. 

Booth Placement:

There are no guarantees for booth placement. 

Vendor Parking

To help with parking congestion and guarantee parking for shoppers, It is required that all vendors park their personal/business vehicles at Browns Ferry Park during the event unless he/she has a physical limitation.
