Pilates Reformer is a low impact workout designed to challenge your whole core and promote length, strength, flexibility & balance. This all levels format is ideal for beginners looking to learn the Pilates repertoire as well as seasoned students who are looking to combine deep core work with fun choreography.

• One season includes one 55-minute workout per week for 7 weeks.
• Make-ups will be allowed during the current season in classes with room to accommodate.
