Yoga offers many benefits, from stress reduction to addressing a variety of physical complaints. This centuries-old practice combines low-impact yoga poses with calming meditation. At Stafford Hills Club, we offer classes ranging from Basic Yoga to  “Hot Yoga.”

Pilates is designed to develop flexibility and endurance, while building strength and long, lean muscles. Because Pilates exercises can be modified, you will be able to choose your difficulty level, from beginning to advanced Pilates. With an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, Pilates can also help improve your coordination and balance.
