Junior Warriors will have the opportunity to work on fundamental, safe and effective movement patterns with an emphasis on FUN! This group will utilize games, teamwork, and good sportsmanship to build a lifelong positive relationship with exercise.

The Gen-Z program is specifically designed with our tween & teen members in mind to promote the benefits of healthy movement and serve as a foundational building block for a lifetime of wellness.
Participants who successfully complete the course will earn the opportunity to utilize the fitness floor, participate in group exercise classes and be present at the club without a parent*.
Topics the Gen-Z course will cover:
• Benefits of cardiovascular, strength & flexibility training
• Foundational body-weight exercises for strength training
• Club community etiquette
• Age appropriate workouts designed for our Gen-Z certified members to put to use right away
*Must be accompanied by an adult on the pool deck.
*Must be at least 10 years old and a Club member to register.
October 8th & 10th | 4:30pm-5:30pm
November 12th & 14th | 4:30pm-5:30pm
This class will provide participants aged 10-14 with the fundamentals of fitness while promoting teamwork and positive energy. These sessions will utilize free wights, medicine balls, kettlebells and suspension training. Each session will include elements of strength, cardio and agility in a safe and fun environment. This course will also cover proper club/gym etiquette and safety best practices. This is also a great next step after a Gen Z certification. Most workouts will take place in the Xcel studio, but also outside if the weather permits.
