Xcel-JuniorsXCEL JUNIOR -Our newest fitness program designed just for GEN-Z Certified Juniors! These small group workouts are tailored to age & experience of each junior participant. Classes include a variety of workouts including boxing, SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness), TRX, Plyometrics, Beginning Strength Training & FUN!

GEN-Z CertificationOur GEN-Z Certification is an exciting and educational program designed to promote wellness to the next generation. Participants who successfully complete the course will earn the opportunity to utilize the fitness floor, participate in group exercise classes and be present at the club without a parent.
