This program is for ALL fitness levels! Whether you are looking to walk, jog or run, we will provide the planning, the support and the celebration as you cross the finish line on March 19th at the Leprechaun Dash!
One 30-minute one-on-one session with a Personal Trainer to receive your customized 10-week plan.
Two 15-minute follow up sessions by email or phone to make sure you are on track, and help provide adjustments if necessary
Three Group Walk/Runs with other Couch to 5k Participants (January 15th, February 26th and March 5th)
One 15-minute session in our Recovery Studio ($15 value)
Complimentary Entry into the Leprechaun Dash on March 19th (up to $50 value!)
Post 5k Celebration at Stafford Hills Club
ABOUT COACH NIKKI!
Nikki Mueller is a Personal Trainer at Stafford Hills Club and received her certification from the RRCA as a running coach in 2018. She's been running since 2005 and has run well over 100 races, including marathons, ultra-distance races, relays, and half marathons. She teaches track running clinics for groups of runners that range in experience level and writes customized running plans for her clients that focus on improving strength and speed. She's been a race director, a running buddy for kids, and has worn several hats over the years in the running world.

Included in your training plan is a free entry for the first-ever Hood to Coast Leprechaun Dash hosted at Cook and Tualatin Community Parks! Join the fun and bring the entire family for a day of movement and celebrating St. Patricks Day. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged.
