Swim Club introduces the sport of swimming in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Weekly practices emphasize proper stroke technique and drills while building endurance.

Level 1

Requirements: Must be able to complete 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke without assistance, have some knowledge of breaststroke, and have the endurance to swim for the entire 45-minute workout.

Ages: 6 & Up

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri

Time: 4:15pm-5:00pm

Level 2

Requirements: Must be able to swim 100 yards of freestyle, 50 yards of backstroke and have knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly while maintaining the endurance to swim the entire 60-minute workout.

Ages: 7 & Up

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri

Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Requirements: Invitation or Tryout required to participate in Varsity level.

Ages: 12 & Up

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri

Time: 6:00pm-7:15pm

Youth Swim Coaching

What is the difference between swim lessons and swim coaching?

Swim lessons are for the purpose of learning how to swim. Swim Coaching is for Adults or High Level Youth Swimmers who already know how to swim but need further technique or specialized coaching.
