Fun is the number one goal of Tigersharks! Swim Club introduces the sport of swimming in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Weekly practices emphasize proper stroke technique and drills while building endurance. Must be able to complete 50 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke without stopping, and be able to swim for the 45 minute workout.

Fun is the number one goal of Tigersharks! Swim Club introduces the sport of swimming in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Weekly practices emphasize proper stroke technique and drills while building endurance. Must be able to complete 50 yards freestyle and 50 yards backstroke without stopping, have beginning skills of breaststroke, and butterfly, and be able to swim for the hour long workout.

Our Dryland workouts are specifically designed for our youth swim athletes to support their overall performance and conditioning. Workouts will focus on shoulder-strengthening and flexibility exercises, core stability, and leg strength; all vital components to a healthy, efficient swimmer. These sessions will be taught by Coach Tucker who specializes in youth sports training and conditioning.
