Do you offer child care?
Yes. Stafford Hills believes that being a family-centered club means that children’s and youth activities are key to our membership services. Children are separated by age group and cared for by a trained team of child care specialists in a safe, clean and healthy environment. Special children’s activities and camps promote learning, skill development and physical activity.
Will the number of memberships be limited?
Yes. For the convenience of our loyal members, and to assure access to Club facilities, courts and equipment, the number of members will be limited.

Do you offer The Silver Sneakers Program or other discounts?
Due to the limited number of memberships available we do not offer Silver Sneakers Discounts. We do offer specials on for new Fitness-Aquatics Memberships each month. Please contact our Membership Team: firstname.lastname@example.org
How does Stafford Hills manage tennis court and lesson reservations?
All court and lesson reservations are managed online via an easy-to-use reservation system. Telephone reservations may also be made. Click here for more information.
What types of group fitness classes are offered at Stafford Hills Club?
A large array of popular classes are offered such as yoga, pilates, studio cycling, Zumba® and many others. Fitness class offerings will evolve, based on our Members’ changing interests and needs. Is Stafford Hills part of a network of clubs?
Yes. Stafford Hills is a member of the IHRSA & FitLife network of clubs that allow members reciprocal benefits at other participating clubs and around the world. Click here for more information on both programs. Contact the Front Desk to get the required guest documentation before traveling.
Does Stafford Hills sponsor USTA and City League Tennis Teams?
Do you have a summer pool membership?
No, we will not be offering a summer pool membership.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
No, we do not have any food or beverage minimum.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, Club Members may bring guests for the day. You will need to register them at the Front Desk when you arrive or CLICK HERE to sign the waiver before coming in. Guests are allowed to visit twice a month or twelve times in a calendar year.
Ages 4-13: $15
Ages 14+: $20
(Discounted guest pass booklets available for purchase by active members at the Front Desk.)
How do I obtain a locker and how much will it cost?
We have day-use lockers available at no cost. If you would like a permanent locker or a tennis locker they are available for a fee through guest services.
How far in advance are we able to reserve tennis courts?

Will there be lap swim times?
Yes, lap swim times are available every day to our members. Click here to view our pool schedule.

Can my nanny bring my child(ren) into the Club?
Yes, Nannies/caretakers are permitted to bring members onto club premises, events and activities after completing the form below & checking in at the front desk. Nanny/caretaker must be 18 years or older. When at the Club, nanny/caretakers must be with the child member at all times. It is prohibited for the nanny to drop the member off at childcare and use the facility. Click here to fill out the Nanny/Caretaker Form
