Studio Hop

Group Fitness Class Challenge

Cheat on your favorite instructor….

  1. Register FREE on the sign up below between June 11th-30th
  2. Attend 25 Group Fitness Classes & pick up your sticker in the studio after each class
  3. Hop to at least 5 classes in each studio (Yoga Studio, Group Ex Studio, Cycle Studio)
  4. Complete the 25 classes with at least 5 in each studio before August 23rd to finish the challenge!

To enter the Studio Hop Challenge you must complete and submit your entry form below. Participants must be a current Stafford Hills Member and at least 14 years old. Participant is in charge of getting the studio sticker after class and placing it on the challenge board. Challenge board will be located in the lobby of the main building on the Membership Office windows. Prizes will be awarded to participants who complete the challenge (attend 25 SHC group fitness classes; at least 5 of the 25 classes in each of the SHC studios listed above) before August 23rd.
