This one's for the girls! A 6-week program that will teach the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, supportive and positive environment for ages 8-13. The classes will include cardio, strength, and flexibility to help our youth feel more confident in sports, P.E. and their world in general. Great for all levels!

Wednesdays at 4:30-5:15 pm

$120 for members

Registration opens September 19th at 1pm

Join Coach Amber one day per week to learn the foundations of fitness. With an emphasis on learning proper form, participants will complete workouts which include strength training and cardio conditioning. Our small group will work to build confidence and self-esteem in a positive, supportive environment.






I have worked as a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years. I currently work as an RD for Providence Center for Medically Fragile Children and Providence Intermediate Care Facility. I began my love for sports and nutrition at a young age, where I played multiple sports through college. I have been a member of Stafford Hills since 2014 and currently work as a personal trainer at the gym. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking new recipes, spending time with my husband and daughter, and reading while enjoying a chai.
