This one's for the girls! A program that will teach the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, supportive and positive environment for ages 8-13. The classes will include cardio, strength, and flexibility to help our youth feel more confident in sports, P.E. and their world in general. Great for all levels!

Join Coach Mattie one day per week to learn the foundations of fitness. With an emphasis on learning proper form, participants will complete workouts which include strength training and cardio conditioning. Our small group will work to build confidence and self-esteem in a positive, supportive environment.
