How do I register?

Active Member Registration opens Thursday, August 20th at 2pm on the Stafford Hills App, Online Member Portal and by calling our Front Desk Team at 503-612-2400.

Inactive Member Registration opens Thursday, August 27th at 2pm on the Stafford Hills App, Online Member Portal and by calling our Front Desk Team at 503-612-2400.

Registration ends September 4th

What are our payment options?

Charge to Account, Credit Card & Check payments.

Installments available upon request.

Total payment can be broken up into installments through the course of the program. 25% deposit due upon enrollment.

What is the difference between an Active Member and Inactive Member?

ACTIVE MEMBER: Your child is active on your Stafford Hills Membership.

INACTIVE MEMBER: Your child is currently inactive on a currently active membership. 

If your membership is currently frozen please contact our Membership Team to activate your membership.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancelation/refund policy

Deposit of 25% is non-refundable after September 1st

SHC may cancel a session with low enrollment (6 participants or less) and will issue a full refund at the time of cancelation

Refunds may take up to 5 business days for receipt

No refunds will be issued for absence due to sickness or other reasons

If SHC requires a cohort to quarantine, we will make a good faith effort to reschedule missed days

What is your sick policy?

All staff and parents must keep themselves and their children home with any illness involving fever, new cough, or shortness of breath.

Parents are asked not to bring their camper to camp, if they or anyone in their household have recently had an illness with fever or a new cough.

Individuals should stay and remain home for at least 10 days after illness starts and until 72 hours after fever is gone, without use of fever reducing medicine, and COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, and diarrhea) are improving.

Staff or campers who have a cough that is not a new onset cough (e.g. asthma, allergies, etc.), do not need to be excluded from camp.

60 mins Active Movement & Wellness

30 mins My Time (pick up, independent study, snack, finish project)

How many kids will be in each group?

Your child(ren) will be assigned to a stable cohort group with no more than 10 children for the 13-week session.

Will Staff & Kids be required to wear a mask?

Staff members/counselors must wear a mask, face shield or face covering in accordance with the Statewide Mask, Face Shield, Face Covering Guidance

Campers ages five (5) and over are required to wear a mask, face shield or face covering when participating in camp activities, both indoor and outdoor when six (6) feet of physical distance cannot be maintained.

Campers are not required to wear a mask, face shield or face covering when participating in an activity that makes wearing a mask, face shield or face covering not feasible, such as when swimming or playing a brass or woodwind instrument.

All parents and participants are required to wear a mask and answer health screening questions upon arrival each day. The children are required to wear their mask at all times inside, and when they are not 6 feet apart outside.

What should my child bring?

Please bring items in a labeled backpack or bag (Big enough to put coat and ALL belongings in)

Label all items:

  • Water bottle
  • Nut-free Snack
  • Sunscreen (Your child must be able to apply on own)
  • Extra set of clothes if applicable

*Please, no electronics, toys, games, removable jewelry, etc.

What should my child wear?

We will be participating in active play inside and out so make sure to wear comfortable, active clothes, and shoes.
