SHC HOOD TO COAST TRAINING TEAM
THREE SESSIONS ALL LEADING UP TO THREE ONE DAY RELAYS
This program is designed to promote movement and community to those looking to add outdoor walking and/or running to their fitness program, with opportunities to train for one-day relay events throughout the Summer and Fall.
Although there is no requirement to run or participate in a relay, HTC Training Team is a great way to experience camaraderie, support, and inclusiveness while moving throughout the year.
SESSION ONE: APRIL 24th – JUNE 3rd
SEABROOK RELAY- JUNE 3rd, SEABROOK WASHINGTON
SESSION TWO: JUNE 12TH- JULY 22ND
WINDY RIVER RELAY, JULY 22ND, HOOD RIVER, OREGON
SESSION THREE: AUGUST 28TH- OCTOBER 7TH
HIGH DESERT RELAY, OCTOBER 7TH, BEND, OREGON
ONE SESSION: $75 (Includes short-sleeve and ¼ Zip HTC Training Team Shirts)
TWO SESSIONS: $140/ $70 per session. (Includes above, along with long sleeve tech shirt)
THREE SESSIONS: $195/ $65 per session (Includes above, along with 2023 custom HTC Knockaround Sunglasses)
MEET YOUR COACH!
Wendi Arant is the Fitness Supervisor at Stafford Hills Club. Her background includes over 25 years of running. Over the years, she has completed 14 marathons! She has also been an official pacer for the Portland Marathon, Vancouver Marathon, and Pacific Northwest Marathon. She has run Hood to Coast 12 times, along with several other one- and two-day relays.
In addition to a large background in running, Wendi has been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and presenter for over 25 years. Her specialties include strength training to enhance athletic performance, nutrition, and injury prevention through mobility, flexibility, and core work.
