Wendi Arant is the Fitness Supervisor at Stafford Hills Club. Her background includes over 25 years of running. Over the years, she has completed 14 marathons! She has also been an official pacer for the Portland Marathon, Vancouver Marathon, and Pacific Northwest Marathon. She has run Hood to Coast 12 times, along with several other one- and two-day relays.
In addition to a large background in running, Wendi has been in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Presenter for over 25 years. Her specialties include strength training to enhance athletic performance, nutrition, and injury prevention through mobility, flexibility, and core work.
