Class Levels
Level 1- Great for all levels! The Level 1 format will consist of the foundational Reformer movements, with opportunities to progress or regress each movement. All levels will find opportunities to improve strength, mobility, and stability. Level 1 is great for those who are:
- New to Reformer
- Recovering from past injury
- Wanting to improve balance, posture, and core strength
- Wanting a full body workout without complex movements
Level 2- Must have instructor sign-off and/or at least two previous back-to- back sessions of Reformer. This class will build upon the foundations taught in Level 1. There will be an added emphasis on strengthening the core through exercises which rely on abdominal strength to protect the back. Standing work will also be included to improve balance.
Level 3- Must have instructor approval. This class will continue to build upon skills learned in Levels 1 and 2. The workout will require fundamental understanding and confidence on the Reformer, as participants will be moving through challenging sequences for a full-body workout.
