Pilates Reformer is a low impact workout designed to challenge your whole core and promote length, strength, flexibility & balance. This all levels format is ideal for beginners looking to learn the Pilates repertoire as well as seasoned students who are looking to combine deep core work with fun choreography.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the start of the session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3-13 days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the session will not receive a refund.

Pilates Instructors


Gina Stierlin, Pilates Reformer Instructor, Tribe Coach, Group Fitness Instructor


Gina has been a Pilates Instructor since 2003, working with a wide variety of clients including, young athletes, post breast cancer recovery patients, Parkinson’s Disease, spine issues including low back pain, injury prevention and recovery, with men and women of all ages. Pilates led her to bootybarre which combines all her favorite things…Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Cardio and lots of fun! She got Certified in 2012 and became a Master Trainer in 2015. Gina has a passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. She believes in pushing safely, form first, then give it your all!



Wendi Arant, Fitness Supervisor, Pilates Reformer Instructor, Personal Trainer


Wendi has been working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and fitness manager for the past 20 plus years. She has worked with all fitness levels, and is passionate about meeting people where they are at, and assisting them to achieve their health and wellness goals. Wendi’s in-depth experience in several formats allow her to work with any client from someone brand new to exercise, to well-conditioned athletes. Whether teaching high intensity interval workouts, or mat pilates, the goal is the same.  Result driven workouts that are fun and safe for every individual.


Monica Quarry, Pilates Reformer Instructor


Monica has always had a passion for fitness and movement, exploring new activities, and enjoying the challenge of pushing the body and mind. She grew up in the Bay Area; trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance, and was a competitive softball player.

As a pilates client, she soon found the wonderful benefits the discipline had to offer, and felt the need to share it with others. She began the journey into teaching in 2014, and now does so through group classes and private sessions. She has experience working with all ages and backgrounds; non-athletes, pro-athletes, cross-training, senior balance, injury prevention & rehabilitation, & pre/post natal.

Monica attributes pilates to getting her back to 100% function after a 2016 knee surgery.

She encourages her clients to have fun during their sessions while challenging themselves, and to discover feeling stronger, more flexible and relaxed, as well as confident in their body movement & mind.
