Performance Training Classes
Our performance classes are structured to target every component of the race — strength, power, endurance, and the combination of all three. Whether you're training for your first event or sharpening a PR, our programming meets you where you are.
Class Registration Opens 7 Days In Advance.
CLASS 01 | BASE & STRENGTH
Foundations
Start strong. Build right. Foundations is where solid performance begins — establishing the strength, movement proficiency, and aerobic base that everything else is built on. Sessions are structured and moderate in intensity, with a focus on form and progression.
- Focus: Building core foundational strength, movement proficiency, and aerobic base required for racing and overall fitness.
- Goal: Perfecting technique, building foundational muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
- What to expect: Fundamental strength movements (squat variations), core work, and moderate-intensity structured sessions.
CLASS 02 | FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
Power
Move more. Lift heavier. Finish stronger. Power sessions are designed to develop the explosive strength and muscular endurance you need to dominate the heavy stations in a HYROX race — and in life.
- Focus: Developing explosive power, maximal strength, and muscular endurance under fatigue.
- Goal: Improving performance on the heavy strength stations in training and competition.
- What to expect: Sled pushes, sled pulls, farmers carries, kettlebells, sandbags, and other strength-focused exercises.
CLASS 03 | CARDIOVASCULAR CAPACITY
Endurance
Go longer. Recover faster. Finish hard. Endurance sessions target your aerobic engine — building the cardiovascular capacity and speed endurance to keep you moving strong through every kilometer and every station.
- Focus: Increasing aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and speed endurance.
- Goal: Building cardiovascular and muscular endurance to maintain a high pace while reducing fatigue during functional stations.
- What to expect: High-intensity interval training (HIIT), rowing, skiing, biking, running, and light bodyweight speed and agility exercises.
CLASS 04 | POWER + ENDURANCE
HYROX
This is what it all comes together for. HYROX classes replicate the race experience — combining strength, power, and cardio into one high-intensity session that simulates exactly what race day feels like. If you want to know how you'll perform, train like it.
- Focus: A comprehensive, hybrid session combining running, power, and endurance into one high-intensity workout.
- Goal: Replicating the combination of strength/power and endurance work of a real HYROX event.
- What to expect: Circuit-style workouts featuring multiple HYROX stations alongside running, biking, or other cardio to replicate the endurance work between stations.
Train for the World's Biggest Fitness Race
HYROX is the global fitness racing phenomenon taking the world by storm. Unlike traditional obstacle courses or pure running events, HYROX is a standardized race that anyone can train for, compete in, and measure their progress against at any fitness level.
Every HYROX race follows the same format: 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station — sled pushes, sled pulls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carries, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and more. The result is a true test of combined strength and endurance that rewards well-rounded athletes.
Whether you're chasing a podium finish or completing your first race, HYROX is built for everyone. Same course. Same stations. Same standard worldwide.
