Series Price

$49 per workshop

This six-part series will provide participants with instructions on how to utilize strength equipment on the Fitness Floor. Each session will focus on one to two muscle groups, ensuring time and opportunity to learn the machines, practice the exercises, and receive personalized feedback. Participants will receive physical handouts with exercises performed, as well as digital information to keep on hand for future workouts. Members may register for each session separately or receive a 5% discount if registering for all sessions.
