Beginner Tennis
The Beginner Tennis Class is designed to introduce new players to the fundamental aspects of tennis in a supportive environment. This class focuses on teaching basic techniques, rules, and strategies while building confidence and enjoyment of the sport through structured learning progression.
Tennis Conditioning
The Tennis Conditioning Class is designed to enhance players' on-court performance through targeted fitness training for all skill levels. This specialized program focuses on developing strength, agility, endurance, and overall conditioning required for improved tennis performance, combining sport-specific exercises with tennis movements.
Drill & Play
The Drill & Play Tennis Lesson is designed to provide players of varying skill levels with a comprehensive learning experience that combines skill-building drills and interactive gameplay. This lesson focuses on enhancing players' technical abilities, tactical understanding, and overall enjoyment of the game through structured practice and supervised match play.
Singles Drill
The Singles Drill Tennis Lesson is designed to improve players' singles game through focused training on fundamental techniques and match strategy. This lesson focuses on enhancing court positioning, shot selection, and stamina through dynamic drills and exercises tailored to singles play.
H.I.T High Intensity Tennis
The High-Intensity Tennis Class is designed to provide players with an advanced training experience that combines skill development with athletic conditioning. This class focuses on challenging drills and exercises that improve both tennis technique and physical fitness, suitable for players seeking a more demanding workout.
Cardio Tennis
The Cardio Tennis Class is designed to provide players with a dynamic workout that incorporates tennis skills into cardiovascular fitness training. This class focuses on combining tennis drills with aerobic exercise, offering participants an engaging way to improve both their tennis abilities and overall fitness in a social group environment.
Serve & Return
The Serve and Return Tennis Class is designed to help players master two of tennis's most crucial shots through specialized instruction and practice. This class focuses on developing proper technique, consistency, and tactical understanding of serving and returning in match situations.
Shot of the Month
The Shot of the Month Tennis Class is designed to provide intermediate to advanced players with in-depth instruction on specific tennis shots. This class focuses on intensive technical analysis, practice drills, and strategic implementation of one featured shot each month, helping players expand their tactical arsenal.
Senior Smashers
LESSON POLICY:
IF ENROLLMENT IS LESS THAN 5 THE CLASS WILL CONVERT TO A SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP. ONCE THE SESSION HAS BEGUN THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF A MEMBER WISHES TO CANCEL OUT OF THE SESSION. IF DESIRED A MEMBER MAY ARRANGE FOR A SUBSTITUTE TO ATTEND IN THEIR PLACE. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR LESSONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER MAKE-UP CLASSES FOR MISSED DAYS. ONLY SIGN UP FOR ADULT CLASSES AT YOUR NTRP RATING.
CANCELATION POLICY:
CANCELATIONS MADE MORE THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE START OF THE PROGRAM WILL RECEIVE A 100% REFUND, CANCELATIONS MADE WITHIN 3-13 DAYS WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND, AND CANCELATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE START OF THE PROGRAM WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
