The StrongHER Intro to Resistance Training Workshop is an 8-week program designed to empower women to build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation in resistance training. Specifically designed for those new to lifting, this workshop provides a supportive and inclusive environment for beginners to learn the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and approachable way. Throughout the program, you'll explore essential exercises, proper technique, and progressive training strategies that help you increase strength and bone density, and reduce the risk of injury. With expert guidance, you'll leave the workshop with the knowledge to continue your fitness journey confidently.

Sleep Workshop

Sleep better
Tired of feeling tired? With a better understanding of sleep physiology and circadian rhythm, you can work to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Participants will receive a sleep diary, along with tips and methodology to promote improved sleeping habits. Topics will also include how lack of sleep can cause hormone deregulation as well as the symptoms and treatments of sleep apnea.
