XCEL Team Training is a results-driven program designed to provide personalized coaching in a small group or “team” setting. Throughout each 4-week session, XCEL participants will have the opportunity to improve upon individual goals, while achieving overall improvement in fitness and confidence. Classes are led by experienced personal trainers, to ensure participants are receiving individualized feedback on form. Because each group is together for the entire session, the XCEL program will offer a high level of camaraderie, support, and encouragement within each team.
