Let’s lace up and hit the pavement! This 45-minute group run starts at XCEL, where members will be provided with the route before heading out at their own pace. Whether you’re training for a race or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this group run is a great way to move together. An SHC Trainer will be present for support and motivation.

This 45-minute walk begins at Brown’s Ferry Park, where members will receive a designated route before setting off at their own speed.
