What's Included?

Individualized Training Plan

All registered participants will be contacted on Dec. 30th, to collect information that will be utilized to provide you with your customized training plan. This plan will include walking or running either outdoors or on treadmills, and will be tailored to your current activity level and goals. The training plan will be designed to begin on January 6th, and end on March 29th at the Tualatin River 5k. (Couch to 5k program includes the registration fee for that 5k)

Weekly Group Walk/Run Session

Beginning the week of January 6th, there will be a weekly Walk Together and a weekly Run Together class added to the Group Fitness Schedule. Couch to 5k participants are encouraged to participate in these classes to work out with fellow SHC members.

Walk Together- Monday 10:45-11:30am

Run Together- Saturday 7:30am
