Group Class Schedule

Pilates Reformer group classes are great for all levels of participants who feel comfortable working in a group. Pilates Reformer classes will include traditional Reformer exercises, along with the instructor's choice of movements that will promote aspects such as control, strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina, and balance. Participants can register through classes as part of a package, or as a drop-in registration.

Pilates Reformer Demos

Our Pilates Demo class an opportunity for new participants to become familiar with the Pilates Reformer, and learn what to expect from a Pilates Reformer class. We will take participants through the various components of a Pilates Reformer, and provide some sample exercises that are found in our Pilates classes.

Private Pilates Reformer

Private Pilates Reformer sessions are perfect for individuals or groups that are wanting customized training to meet specific wellness goals. Whether you are working through an injury, do more advanced training, or wanting to work with a group of friends, private sessions are a great option!

FITNESS SUPERVISOR/PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER

Wendi has been working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and fitness manager for the past 20+ years. Wendi’s in-depth experience in several formats allows her to work with any client from someone brand-new to exercise to well-conditioned athletes. Whether teaching high-intensity interval workouts or mat Pilates, the goal is the same - results-driven workouts that are fun and safe for every individual.

MONICA QUARRY

PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

Monica has always had a passion for fitness and movement, exploring new activities, and enjoying the challenge of pushing the body and mind. Monica discovered the wonderful benefits of Pilates and felt the need to share it with others. She began teaching in 2014. She has experience working with all ages and backgrounds - non-athletes, pro-athletes, those wanting to cross-train, seniors focused on balance, those focused on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and pre/post-natal women.

MARIE WELSH

PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

Marie has been in the fitness industry for 10 years working in formats from dance choreography to strength training. She is passionate about helping others with stability and mobility to feel grounded and capable of moving in the many ways life may require of them. Pilates has become her favorite way to help others increase those capabilities as it strengthens areas often forgotten in basic exercising and improves mobility and core stability. As a certified personal trainer and flexibility instructor, Marie loves working with many types of individuals, meeting them where they are and getting excited as they see improvement in their body’s amazing abilities!

As a personal trainer, Nikki enjoys finding new ways to help her clients find strength and mobility to carry them thru everyday life. As soon as she tried her first Pilates Reformer class, she knew she wanted to pass on the benefits to others looking to incorporate movement into their lives. She began teaching Reformer classes in 2023 and enjoys working with people across all levels of fitness.

Amy is passionate about the Pilates Method and tailoring it to the needs of her clients. Since completing her Pilates Certification in 2010, she has enjoyed teaching innovative, fun and challenging classes for all levels and abilities. Her focus is on cultivating alignment, strength and mobility, resulting in improved biomechanics and body awareness.
