All Level Classes
Pilates Reformer is a low-impact workout designed to challenge your whole core and promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. This all-levels format is ideal for beginners looking to learn the Pilates repertoire as well as seasoned students who are looking to combine deep core work with fun choreography.
Level 2 Classes
This class will build upon the foundations taught in our traditional Pilates Reformer classes, with progressions designed to challenge the core, balance and endurance. Exercises will include more challenging standing work, some cardio elements and some advanced plank variations. While we will always teach classes that include options, this class will be taught with the understanding that participants have extensive experience with the Pilates Reformer.

Jump Board
Get ready to take your Pilates Reformer workout to a whole new level. Whether you are looking for additional cardio, improvement in strengthening the knee, hip and ankle joints, or just want to spice up your Pilates Reformer workouts, the jump board workout is for you! All Intro to Jump Board classes in September will be similar, as they are to provide an introductory workout, prior to the official classes launching in October. Note: All jump board classes will also include classic Reformer work.
