The ONLINE PORTAL is the best place to manage your court reservations.
The APP allows you easy access to reservations and SHC programming. You may also save your reservations to your personal calendar. There are some limitations to editing existing reservations and waitlist options on the APP.

Once logged into the ONLINE PORTAL, or the APP, click on RESERVATIONS. Choose TENNIS and enter the date you’d like to make a reservation. Add the names of any other players who will be playing with you and click on SEARCH. Choose the Court and Time you’d like and then click RESERVE.

Once logged into the ONLINE PORTAL, click on RESERVATIONS. Any existing reservations will be listed at the top of the screen. Click on EDIT on the right-hand side of the screen and modify the reservation as needed.
NOTE: You cannot edit your reservation on the APP at this time.

From Online Portal: Click on RESERVATIONS. Any future reservations will be listed at the top of the screen. Click on CANCEL on the right-hand side of the screen.
From the App: At the top of the Home Screen there is a My Schedule tile. Click on VIEW. Choose the day of the reservation you’d like to cancel and click CANCEL on the appropriate reservation.
Go to the ONLINE PORTAL and search for a reservation. If your preferred time is not available, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on JOIN WAITLIST.
NOTE: You cannot add yourself to the waitlist on the APP at this time.

We understand it can be helpful to see the names of other members who have reserved a court. However, due to privacy reasons, this feature is unavailable within the new system.
When making your reservation select YES under Ball Machine.
To book a Pickleball Court, follow the same procedures as you would to book a court and simply pick Pickleball A or Pickleball B as your court.
Court 10 can be booked to play tennis by calling or visiting the Front Desk.
