SHC Kids Club

Starting March 29th Kids Club will be open by weekly reservations for the following Children:
- Ages 3+
- Must be independent in the restroom
- Children must be active members of the Club
- No guests or children of members are allowed at this time

We will be taking a tiered approach to our reopening by starting with the schedule below for ages 3 & up and adjust based off feedback and utilization with potentially more times and/or younger age groups.

Registration
Registrations will be made in Programs in the new Member Portal or SHC App
Registration will open on Wednesdays at 1pm for the upcoming week’s classes
One advanced reservation can be made per week for each active child on the membership
- A second time slot for the week may be available if space allows and with permission of the Kid’s Club Supervisor

Capacity & Physical Distancing
- Max capacity of 10 kids per time slot/cohort
- Physical distancing will be monitored & practiced but we cannot guarantee it at times; especially for younger age groups.
- Ages 5+ must wear a mask at all times
Check-in procedure
- Parents will drop off/pick up at the new Kid’s Club desk in the East Building
- Parents will not be allowed into Kid’s Club
- Physical distancing must be maintained at all times while waiting to be checked in/out to Kid’s Club
Sick Policy
Parents are responsible for checking temperatures prior to arrival at Kid’s Club.
All staff and parents must keep themselves and their children home with any illness involving fever, new cough, or shortness of breath.
Parents are asked not to bring their children to Kid’s Club, if they or anyone in their household have recently had an illness with fever or a new cough.
Individuals should stay and remain home for at least 10 days after illness starts and until 72 hours after fever is gone, without use of fever reducing medicine, and COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, and diarrhea) are improving.
Staff and/or children who have a cough that is not a new onset cough (e.g. asthma, allergies, etc.), do not need to be excluded.
We will not be allowing snacks in Kids Club at this time.
