A dynamic fusion of traditional barre technique and full-body strength training. This class blends precise, ballet-inspired movements with targeted resistance work using therabands, stability balls and bodyweight exercises. Expect high-repetition, low-impact sequences that challenge your muscles, improve posture, and build functional strength

CARDIO/STRENGTH
SHC STRENGTH
This non-impact strength training class was created to give participants of all fitness levels an effective, full-body strength workout. The class will utilize body weight and free weights to produce progressive overload over time, to yield the best results possible. Special attention to form and providing a balanced workout will be included in every class.
CARDIO STRENGTH
Cardio Strength is an interval and/or circuit-based class consisting of both high intensity cardio and non-impact strength exercises. Heart rate will stay elevated in this full-body cardio/strength workout!
CARDIO CORE
This interval-based class is a combination of high intensity cardio exercises and non-impact core work. Appropriate for all levels looking to get a solid combination of cardio and core!
L1FT
This pre-choreographed strength workout will challenge participants using various formats to improve muscular strength and endurance. Recommended for those already comfortable with strength training and a strong understanding of proper form.
HIIT/TABATA
This format will include Tabata style intervals allowing for a great workout in a simplistic format. Prepare to get a great workout in a fun, easy to follow format!

HIGH Fitness
High Fitness is a modern take on aerobics with easy-to-follow choreography. Classes are 45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels.
MUSCLES IN MOTION
Muscles in Motion is low-impact, music-based strength workout for all levels. This class utilizes lighter weights, and works muscle groups along to music for a fun, high energy workout!
60+ AND STRONG
This non-impact class provides a gentle yet effective workout for members wanting to improve strength, balance and coordination. This is great for seniors, and/or anyone new or returning to a fitness program!
