Each lesson session is 30-minutes in length. all prices are per participant.

Private swim lessons are a great option for swimmers looking for more specific instruction based on their individual level and needs. We offer private lessons as well as Buddy and Build-a-Group/Small Group packages for participants at the same swim level.

PRIVATE SWIM COACHING

MUST BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE IN Private Coaching

Each Coaching session is 45-minutes in length. all prices are per participant.

Swim coaching is for youth swimmers and adults who can swim 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke unassisted. Coaching takes a swimmer's skills to the next level by focusing on stroke refinement, efficiency in the water, and building endurance.

Sunday GROUP SWIM LESSONS

Group swim lessons are available during summer and early fall in our outdoor saline pool. Our certified instructors go over vital water safety skills, help build swimmers' confidence, and teach stroke development through a progressive curriculum.

MUST BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE IN GROUP SWIM CLASSES

Toddler 1

Children must show an interest in exploring water freely while having their parent by their side. Children will learn to put face in water, blow bubbles, and be introduced to front and back floats with assistance, submerge underwater, as well as basic safety skills.

Ages 20 months-3 years

 

Preschool 1

Children are able to participate without parent in water.Children will learn to be comfortable in the pool by learning basic water skills and safety through fun activities. They will learn breath control, blow bubbles, submerge in water, back and front floats, and beginning front glides. They will learn how to enter and exit water safely.

Ages 3-5

 

Preschool 2

Children must be able to complete a front float and glide on their own. Children will further their front glides unassisted, learn back floats unassisted, work on breath control and rhythmic breathing while working on kicking, beginning arm strokes, and jumping to instructor on their own. They will learn how to retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool.

Ages 3-5

 

Preschool 3

Children are able to stroke under water or over water and kick across rec area of swimming pool. This class will focus on how to further their arm strokes on front and back, and learn elementary backstroke, side breathing, dives, and treading water. They will learn underwater skills, and retrieve objects in deeper water. Ages 3-5

Level 1 - Water exploration

School aged child may or may not be comfortable in the water. This class will focus on putting face in water, blowing bubbles, total submersion, front and back floats and glides, and basic kicking skills. Arm rotation will be introduced while working on rhythmic breathing. Treading water, retrieving objects, and safe entries will be introduced.

Ages 5+

 

Level 2 - Basic Swim Skill

School aged child is able to float on front and front glide unassisted. Children will learn back float and glides. Basic front and back kicking and arm strokes for freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke, as well as beginning to learn rhythmic breathing. They will also further their skills on treading water,  safe jumps in to the water, and learning simple dives. Retrieving objects in deeper water will be introduced.

Ages 5+

 

Level 3 - Stroke Technique

School aged children have basic skills of beginning freestyle and backstroke ad able to swim 25 yards. Children will continue to learn proper techniques for freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke, and they will begin to learn breaststroke and butterfly, changing direction, and basic turns. They will learn dives, underwater skills, and basic water safety skills.
