“The information presented by Danielle and Wendi is so helpful for where many of us are in our lives. I enjoyed the frank and open discussions about women’s physical changes after 45 years old. Sharing experiences and resources in the group was so helpful. The hour-long sessions flew by. I am definitely recommending the class to my friends.”
“I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with all the information given and how comfortable I and everyone felt. I was great!”
“The workshop was very informative and in a very relaxing and safe environment. I felt any question could be asked. The presenters were very knowledgeable and their authenticity of wanting to help shone through. I would highly recommend this workshop; I used it as a first step in taking control of my health and empowering me to face this next chapter with knowledge that is often difficult to obtain anywhere. The phrase “knowledge is power” was a theme throughout the workshop and really resonated with me.”
“The class was a safe place to ask questions and feel supported by other’s experiencing the same issues.”
“I can’t recommend this workshop enough for anyone struggling with this new chapter in their lives and for those who want to empower themselves with the knowledge before their journey starts so it doesn’t seem so frustrating."
